
A moist and tender blueberry muffin made with oats and flour. They last long and you can also freeze them

Instructions
- pre heat oven to 220 C / Gas 7
- Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Mix in milk, egg, and oil; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Bake at 220 C / Gas 7 for 20 to 25 minutes.
